The rooftop Pavilion Room can be used for a meeting room for up to 16 boardroom style or private dining for up to 16. Situated on the third floor, with lift and stair access, the room has stunning views across the city of Cambridge.
The Pavilion terrace, just off of the Pavilion Room, is ideal for outdoor catering space and receptions for up to 50.
The Jane Harrison Room can take up to 100 theatre style, with other layouts available.
The Millicent Garrett Fawcett Room is located in the Dorothy Garrod Building. It can take up to 12 boardroom style and offers natural daylight and built in A/V. Ideally located on the ground floor, close to the Iris Cafe, it can be used as a standalone meeting room or a syndicate room to the Cynthia Beerbower Room.
The Anna Bateson Room is located in the Dorothy Garrod Building. It can take up to 12 boardroom style and offers natural daylight and built in A/V. Ideally located on the ground floor, close to the Iris Cafe, it can be used as a standalone meeting room or a syndicate room to the Cynthia Beerbower Room. The room also benefits from direct access in to the gardens.
The Old Labs can be used as a meeting room, for up to 80 theatre style, but is mainly used for the performing arts including concerts. It occupies a charming building in the grounds.
